Chapter 1-36 : New Weapon
These past few days, I’ve been spending most of my time hunting monsters and making money.
On Sunday, I spent the day playing with Ruka, hunting spiders, and exploring the southern area.
On Monday, I logged in as soon as I returned home from the campus and spent my time in the forest until I went to bed.
On Tuesday, I hadn’t heard from Lynette or Walter-san, so I kept grinding in the forest again.
On Wednesday, classes were canceled, and we were allowed to leave the campus at noon, so I played with Shougo and Rin.
On Thursday, I visited the Squidspiders at Lake Clar to see how they were doing and hunt Erst Bears and Erst Wolves for a bit. After that, I spent the rest of the day dismantling the monster corpses I had collected in the past few days and selling the materials to the butcher. I made quite a lot of money from this.
My skills have improved a lot after grinding for almost an entire week. Some of them have even evolved.

【Perception】has evolved into【Detection】which allows me to detect enemies’ presence in a much wider range.
【Sealth】has evolved into【Concealment】which removes the noise while I was moving or landing from a higher position. It makes it harder for my enemies to notice my presence.
【Appraisal】and【Gathering】have evolved into【Appraiser】and【Gatherer】.
As for【Nursery Rhyme】, it opened a new skill called【Children’s Song】when it got to level 30. I wasn’t sure if it had any differences, but I learned it anyway.
Also, I learned a new skill,【MP Boost】, because I planned to learn some magic skills in the future.
As always, my【Japanese Sword Mastery】skill hasn’t improved yet. It’s still level one. I wonder why…
Anyway, today, I thought I wouldn’t hear anything from either Lynette or Walter-san, so I planned to grind as usual. However, I received a message from Walter-san as soon as I logged in. He said that my new wakizashi was finished. Without delay, I teleported to Ijard Town and went to his shop.

I took it from the box and equipped it right away.
