Chapter 1-19 : Magic Stones (part 1)

 

「Aaahh… I’m dying…」(Kako)

As soon as I returned to the inn, I collapsed onto the bed and took a deep breath.

I grabbed another magic stone and activated my skill again.

I just heard the reports from my subordinate who had been monitoring the entrance to the town that the Wings of Steel party members and that little girl had returned to the town.

I sent two men to stalk that girl and find any useful information. Of course, it would be much better if they could bring the girl to me, but I told them to kidnap her only when they had the opportunity.

Since she was with Izack, I don’t think they would have that opportunity and just watch her from afar, but it seemed that those idiots decided to try to kidnap her and got caught.

I did tell them that I would give them a bonus if they could kidnap her, but… Dammit! I shouldn’t have told them that!
