「Mo… Mother… You didn’t mean it, right…? Please tell me you didn’t mean it!」(Bonnie)
「Bonnie… You’re my first child… I remember how happy I was when you were born… But… You abandoned me! You abandoned your own family the moment you joined that witch to strip off your father’s nobility!」(Ella)
Ella opened her eyes wider, glaring at Bonnie angrily with a depressed expression and two black circles under her eyes.
「Mother… Ugh…!」(Bonnie)
Unlike Chloe and Mylia, Bonnie was lucky because Ella used to be a kind mother to her when she was a child.
Ella began to change when Aaron started to abuse and mistreat her. Her fear of her husband dimmed the feeling of love for her own children.
The kind mother Bonnie knew had long gone. However, she still hoped that someday Ella would love Chloe and Mylia like when she loved her back then.
Bonnie thought that punishing Aaron would free her mother from her fear, but she was wrong.
The person she was looking at was totally different from the loving mother in her memories.
Realizing that the kind mother she loved would never come back, Bonnie couldn’t help but let tears flow from her watery eyes.

Seeing her older sister crying, Chloe gritted her teeth and glared at Ella.
She was never loved by Ella but she understood what Bonnie felt.

After Chloe asked her the question, Ella raised the edge of her mouth.

「Khh…! I knew it! That’s why Hypnus and his friends couldn’t find it even though they were following Aaron around.」(Chloe)

Mylia didn’t see it coming. The future vision reflected by the Sage’s Crystal didn’t show where Aaron hid the stone.

Aaron laughed while raising his arms upward and looking at the meteor.
The shadow of the meteor started to cover the venue, and it gradually became wider and wider as the meteor got closer to the ground.
「Uhh… H, Honey, what will happen next?」(Ella)
「Huh? What are you talking about? This territory will be destroyed and I will become a baronet!」(Aaron)
「That’s not what I mean! At this rate, that rock will crush us too!」(Ella)
「….」(Aaron)
While Aaron was still stretching his arms upward and looking at the sky, his face turned pale.
He was so excited that he didn’t think about it. All he was thinking about was the luxurious life after he became a baronet.
「Don’t worry, I have a plan!」(Aaron)
「Great! I don’t want to die with these people. So, what’s your plan?」(Ella)
「My plan is….. Run for your life!!」(Aaron)
Saying that, Aaron dashed toward the entrance to the town.

Ella then immediately ran after him.

The meteor was still far away, so it looked small from the ground, but when she saw it closely with magic, she found out that it was much bigger than she expected.
The future vision didn’t show clearly how big the meteor was, so she had to speculate. However, it seemed that her estimation was screwed.
